The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Women’s Cup will be entering into the semifinals stage.
Vihiga Queens edged out Kenya Women Premier League (KWPL) entrants and fellow Vihiga County based side Bunyore Starlets 1:0 in a tightly contested Quarterfinal match in Mumboha Grounds on Sunday, 19th September 2021.
Topister Situma scored the lone goal of the match in the 75th minute to secure a Semifinal ticket for the Queens.
Following the win, Vihiga will now face Kayole Starlets Football Club on Thursday, 23rd September 2021 at the Ruaraka Grounds in Nairobi.
In the second semifinals match, Kisumu All Starlets will square it out with Ulinzi Starlets on 23rd September at the Moi Stadium in Kisumu.
