Just as Vihiga Queens Football Club’s (VQFC) Team Manager Festus Akaranga had predicted in his earlier statement, the Legacy Makers did not leave anything to chance in today’s build up matches at Mbihi Girls High School today.

First on the thrashing lane were Ibubi Girls High School who lost by 4 goals to 1, thanks to Maurine Ater, Tumaini Waliaula, Seraphine Juma and Vivian’s goals.

In what appeared to be an unfinished business, the fiery VQFC hammered Kilingili Girls 6 goals to 1, with goals from Vivian (2), Tumaini Waliaula (1), Jennifer (2) and midfield maestro Providence Mukalo (1).

This gave the four-time Kenya Women Premier League (KWPL) champions two consecutive wins in a single outing.

While commending his girls for the good display, Head Coach Boniface NyamuNyamu said that today’s wins are a good indication to better times ahead.

‘As we prepare for our next KWPL fixture, I am confident that we shall continue with our winning streak as we approach the league’s tail end,’ Stated head coach NyamuNyamuh.

On their part, attacking duo of Seraphine Juma and Vivian were full of joy for having exhibited a good display in today’s matches.
